What do the Units rent for?
The rent is $610 per month for either a one or two bedroom unit. They both have the same square footage (1017 sq. ft.) so they rent for the same price. There is an extra fee for covered parking.

Promotional specials run periodically.

How much is the security deposit?
The Security Deposit is $300.

How long is the lease?
We have no lease so you are the one who determines the length of your stay. We do require a 30 day move out notice.

Are pets allowed?
Yes we do allow small pets.

Is it a very secure place?
Yes, we are completely fenced and gated. Anyone gaining access to the complex must stop at the gate and someone has to let them in. All tenants have a gate opener.
